Code Space Lab provides educational technology programs for children, including coding, robotics, AI-inspired activities, logic, problem-solving, and creative project-based learning.
Our current pilot location is in Plantation, Florida.
Trial classes, schedules, availability, program structure, and pricing may change at any time.
2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility
All inquiries, bookings, waivers, agreements, and enrollment decisions must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
By submitting information about a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian to provide the information.
Age Restriction and Parent Consent
Our website forms, SMS opt-in, trial class bookings, waivers, agreements, and enrollment communications are intended to be completed by adults who are at least 18 years old.
Children may participate in Code Space Lab programs only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By submitting a form, opting in to SMS messages, booking a trial class, or enrolling a child, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have authorization from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
3. Trial Classes
Free trial classes may be offered based on availability.
Submitting a form does not guarantee a specific class time or spot. Our team may contact you to confirm available options.
We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify trial class availability.
4. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in regular classes may require completion of an enrollment agreement, waiver, payment authorization, or other required forms.
Program details, pricing, class times, policies, and availability will be provided before enrollment.
5. Payments and Fees
If you enroll in a paid program, payment terms will be provided separately before purchase or enrollment.
All fees, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund policies may be described in the applicable enrollment agreement or payment terms.
6. Attendance and Scheduling
Class schedules are subject to availability and may change.
Parents or guardians are responsible for bringing children to class on time and picking them up on time.
Make-up classes, cancellations, rescheduling, and missed classes may be subject to separate program policies.
7. Communication
By submitting a form, booking a trial class, or contacting us, you agree that Code Space Lab may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or other communication channels regarding your inquiry, scheduling, trial class, enrollment, class updates, and related services.
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you may receive messages related to trial class scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, enrollment follow-up, and class-related updates, depending on your consent.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages or HELP for help.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
